There are just 18 independent villas at Ashwood Park, making for a close-knit community of friends. All the architecturally designed two-bedroom homes are built to a high standard, well-spaced on the site and enhanced with private outdoor areas. Each home has a single garage with internal access, two spacious bedrooms and built in storage. The open plan kitchen and dining area opens to a patio, to make the most of Marlborough’s plentiful sunshine.

The team at Ashwood Park provide professional, quality care in a friendly, warm environment.
To achieve a feeling of family, rest home residents live within smaller household groups and are cared for by a consistent team of responsive wellness partners, who take the time to get to know the people they care for. The dementia care household consists of 26 purpose-built single rooms with ensuites. While fully secure, it is free flowing with two lush internal courtyards.
Facilities & activities
Ashwood Park is right next door to the Springlands Bowling Club and close to some beautiful walkways. We’re also just across the road from a shopping centre with café, supermarket, hairdresser, pharmacy and post shop.

Our on-site hairdressing, barber and beauty care services are convenient and affordable.
